Day 1 - The Mountain Hut

Saturday 27th July / Baita Salares (Piz Sorega)

The common thread of the first day will be cuisine at high altitude, with the appointment at the Ciasa Salares huts together with the Italian excellence in cured meats, cheeses and meat.

Plan:
Leave on foot all together at 10.30 from Ciasa Salares.
Arrival at the cabin around 12.00.
Lunch and networking until 4.30 pm.

Day 2 - The Fire

Sunday 28th July / Sass Dlacia

On the second day, embers will dominate in the equipped areas of Sass Dlacia, at the gates of the Fanes Natural Park.

Only embers, primordial cooking and the benefits of fire.

Plan:
Leave on foot from Ciasa Salares around 11.30am.
Lunch from 12.30 onwards.
Sunset with drums and bonfire.

As per tradition, the event will then end right in Ciasa Salares, in the "house" where everything originated and which it will host tasting tables with chefs, producers and winemakers.
