Our sumptuous morning breakfast includes more than 140 different products.
Local bread, selected fine cheeses and cured cold cuts, wild salmon and “Bollicine”, home made jams as well as sweets and pastries, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, and eggs just as you like them.
All our products are “healthy” but we also wanted to create a corner for Bio food products (low calorie, low fat, yeast-free, gluten-free, etc.).
We now offer not pasteurised mountain honey, nectar made of flowers and plants that live in healthy surroundings.
The dinner menu for hotel guests begins with a seasonal salad buffet “from our garden”, vegetables and starters.
The 4-course dinner menu – each course with a choice of three dishes – always includes meat and fish dishes and at least one vegetarian dish, as well as a traditional alpine dish.
The ingredients are top quality, prepared in the classical style.
Grandmother Hilda is happy to help you selecting cheeses, that can be matched with pickled fruits and honey.
The desserts buffet offers a wide range of daily home made sweets of different colours and forms.
We can provide special products for those suffering from allergies or intolerances. Our kitchen can also prepare baby foods. On both cases upon reasonable notice.
